Introduction
Harmony allows you to import song lyrics and data from the SongSelect service, operated by CCLI. The SongSelect service has lyrics for over 90,000 worship songs. A membership to SongSelect and a Church Copyright License for your church/organization is required before you can use this service. More information on CCLI and SongSelect can be found on their website http://www.ccli.com.
Import
Once you have your SongSelect account set up by CCLI, you can use the import feature.
- In Harmony, select Import from SongSelect from the File menu.
A web browser will launch inside Harmony and load the songselect.com logon page. - Enter your SongSelect username and password.
- Use the Song Search to find the song you want to import or choose one of the popular songs found on the SongSelect home page.
- In the Song Detail page, click on the Lyrics tab and then click USR File in the Download menu on the left.
- Harmony will alert you with the success or failure of the import.
Files
You can import SongSelect .usr files downloaded in a web browser or on another computer by dragging them to the Harmony icon in the Dock.
